Throughout my professional journey, I have acquired global insights into process management and Lean practices, spanning diverse industry domains.

I have extensive experience in Lean production management and end-to-end Sales and Operations Planning, from design to execution, and I have previously had responsibility for organizations of up to 900 people. My expertise includes Class A planning and execution, as well as strategic planning and control. In procurement, I have experience in negotiation, contract management, and implementation.
Additionally, my experience encompasses the optimization of logistics setups and flows, where I have also worked on managing teams, warehouses, and transport operations to ensure efficiency and resource utilization.

I have 35 years’ experience both in local and international organizations leading successful culture changes, business turnarounds and continuous development projects. My business experience covers the whole value chain starting from primary producers and raw material suppliers going through down to B2B customers, retailers and consumers as well as having memberships in leadership/management teams and board of directors. I have contributed to change initiatives, growth strategies, and corporate restructuring.
My goal is to foster interactive communication as well as to streamline both leadership and working processes which I have found resulted to improved operational and financial performance. I am considered as a good listener and a valuable sparring partner.

Through roles such as Senior Site Director at Arla Foods, QE Director at Cloetta, and General Manager Maintenance & Lean at Ovako Group, I have led major improvement initiatives and optimized production flows in international companies. With a deep understanding of ISO and GFSI standards, HACCP, and continuous improvement processes, I have substantial experience in leading operations toward higher productivity and quality.
Following my academic degree, my career spans multiple sectors, including the food and metal industries, where I have successfully implemented quality management systems, driven organizational changes, and achieved productivity improvements.
