1. About PT Lean

2. Ordering

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will include all details about the products, prices, billing, and delivery address.

3. Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 2-5 days. Note that orders placed on weekends will be shipped earliest on Monday.

4. Prices

All prices in the store are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include 12% VAT.


We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes, misprints in the price list, or inaccuracies caused by incorrect information.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

When purchasing goods on the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive an ordered item.

5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal


  • You must notify us of your decision to withdraw. Send your message to Clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and the specific items you wish to return.

  • You should promptly return the products to us within the statutory 14-day period after notifying us of your withdrawal.


You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be well-packaged and in their original packaging.

Regarding the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount equivalent to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product if it has been used or damaged

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been sealed (plomberats) for health or hygiene reasons, and where the seal (plomberingen) has been broken by you.

  • Custom-made products that have been tailored specifically for you or have a clear personal touch according to your preferences.

  • Services that have been fully performed and where you have expressly consented to the service starting without the right of withdrawal.

6. Complaints and Claims

We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

Complaints should be submitted immediately after the defect has been discovered.

6.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?

Any faults and defects should always be reported to, where you provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.

If we are unable to rectify the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping costs for approved complaints.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not assume responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.

We also do not accept liability for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or failed delivery from suppliers.

Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products or product features that have been altered by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to any printing errors on this website as well as product sell-outs. We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the appearance of the products, as slight color variations may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.

9. Information about Cookies

According to the Electronic Communications Act, visitors to a website must be informed about the use of cookies for privacy purposes. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user’s browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to save on your computer to provide access to various features. By shopping at PT Lean, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal information. We value your personal privacy and collect only the necessary information to process your order. We never sell or disclose your information to third parties without legal grounds.

PT Lean are responsible for processing the personal data you provide as a customer. Your personal information is processed by us to manage your order and, in cases where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers, to tailor marketing to your individual needs.

The following information summarizes how we store and process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10.1 What is personal data? Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a physical person.

10.2 What data do we store? To manage your order and respond to order-related inquiries (customer service), we store your first name, last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.

Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis for processing it, such as fulfilling the contract between us or complying with legal obligations, such as the Accounting Act.

10.3 Legal Basis: In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfill the contract with you.

Marketing, campaigns, and similar communications occur with your consent.

10.4 Which data is shared and for what purpose?

10.4.1 Payment Provider

When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. The stored information includes first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your personal identification number (personalnumber) is also saved by the payment provider. This information is stored to facilitate the purchase and protect both parties against fraud. The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Card and Invoice.

10.4.2 Shipping Companies

In order to deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. The information shared with the shipping company includes first name, last name, and address details for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notifications.

The shipping companies we collaborate with are: Postnord and Schenker.

10.5 Right of Access

You have the right to receive an extract of all information about you that we have. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.


10.6 Right to Rectification

You have the right to request that we update incorrect information or supplement incomplete information.

10.7 Right to Be Forgotten

You can request that data related to you be deleted at any time. There are a few exceptions to the right to deletion, such as when data must be retained to fulfill a legal obligation (e.g., according to the Accounting Act).

10.8 Data Protection Responsible Party

PT Lean are responsible for storing and processing personal data in the online store and ensures compliance with the rules.

10.9 How We Protect Your Personal Data

11. Changes to the Genereal Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms and conditions will be published online on the website. The modified terms are considered accepted in connection with an order or visit to the website.

12. Disputes and Choice of Law
