Replicate and adapt effective management systems and practices in new areas. Ensure that the leadership framework supports sustained Lean initiatives across the organization.
Basic Lean Thinking:
Deeply embed Lean principles and a culture of continuous improvement into the organizational DNA. Foster an environment where Lean thinking is second nature and improvement is a constant goal.
